Welcome to the Foundation Page.
We are the Diamond class and the Sapphire class.
We have continued our learning more about boats and ships. We have been designing and making boats. We drew a boat that we wanted to make. Some of us chose pirate ships, submarines, cruise ships or fishing boats. We then thought about all the parts of the boat and what materials we would need to make them. We made sure our boat was not too heavy and was going to float and be waterproof. We made our boats and played with them in the water area.
As it is nearly Easter, we made chocolate Easter nests and Easter cards. We had a Easter Egg Hunt with the Year One and Two children. We got into teams and worked like reciprical ants to find the clues. This is one of our school learning powers. We needed to work as a team to find them all.
