This week has been an exciting one with lots happening! We have had a focus on the Police this week as part of our learning about ‘people who help us’. We had an brilliant visit from our local police station. PC Humphries, PCSO Freeman and PCSO D’Arcy came into school to speak to the children about their uniform and their job. The children were given the opportunity to go inside the back and front of the police van and listen to the siren and watch the blue lights. We also tried on the uniform and were surprised at how heavy the vest was!
This week has been full of school games day practise. The children have done a great job at learning the races and are ready to go for Monday – we look forward to seeing many of you there.
