We are the Diamond class and the Sapphires class.
This week has also been our whole school ‘Red Card to Racism’ week. Our focus in Foundation has been around belonging. We have read stories such as ‘All are Welcome’ and discussed how we are all special and unique. We have learnt about how we can use our super power to do good and help one another to make sure everyone feels included and like they belong.
A busy and exciting start to a new term! We had a special delivery of chick eggs on Monday morning and have been learning all about what a egg needs and then what a chick needs once it has hatched. It was so exciting to watch the chicks hatch – we have been counting them each day and watching how they are changing. They are already getting big!
