The Governors of Bramcote Hills Primary School wish to appoint a dynamic, innovative and highly committed person. This is a position which will start in September 2026.

It represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the talented teaching team at this fantastic school. The teaching role is open to candidates of all career stages, and we would like to hear from applicants with regard to their particular strengths and experiences. The position can be available for KS1 or 2 and we are interested to hear from candidates about their strengths.

The school is extremely successful and is continually evolving in the light of new ideas and research. It serves a dynamic community who are committed to supporting their children and achievement data from 2025 reflects the highest of standards.

The school enjoyed a very successful OfSTED inspection in January 2026 when it was graded as Strong in all areas.

Applications should consist of a fully completed application form and a supporting letter of no more than 1500 words (This should be instead of section 5 of the application form). These can be posted to the school FAO Pete Taylor, Headteacher or emailed to vacancies@bramcotehills.notts.sch.uk

Shortlisting is scheduled for Monday 9th March with a provisional interview date of  16th March. If you have not been called for interview by 13th March, we regret that your application has not been successful on this occasion, and we wish you every success for the future.
