The Governors of Bramcote Hills Primary School wish to appoint two suitable people to the position of Primary School Care Assistant. This post is temporary for one year from September 1st 2026 to August 31st 2027. This will then be reviewed at the end of this period. The post is for 32.5 hours per week.
NJC – Grade 2 – Point 4 – £18,944 p.a. Term Time Only
Part Time – weekly hours 32.5. (6.5 hours a day excluding lunch break)

Care Assistant Person Spec BHPS July 2026
The Governors of Bramcote Hills Primary School wish to appoint a highly skilled, enthusiastic and committed person to the post of School Office Manager.
This position is a senior post within the school and is suitable for someone who can show initiative, solve problems, lead a small team and work closely with the Head Teacher and the larger staff team.
Although experience of working in a school would be helpful, it is by no means essential, and we are interested to hear from applicants who might have had other experiences in businesses or the public sector. The full job description and person specification can be viewed on the school website. The successful applicant will manage the school budget in association with the Head Teacher and must appreciate that making the best possible provision for children is the core purpose of the school.
The rate of pay relates to Grade 5 – Points 15 – 22, £30,024 – £33,699.
Hours – full time, ideally, 8.00am to 4.00pm. This would be paid on an all year round basis.
The opportunity is permanent and will start as soon as possible. The school accepts that the successful candidate may have to serve a period of notice in their existing employment. The contract is paid on a full time, all year-round basis.
